Inspired from the personal stories of the OTB founders- the term “NO SKILLSET”, serves as an ironic philosophy that represents a collective who are highly skilled. The message here highlights that having no particular skill is no reason to prevent you from what you are trying to achieve. You don’t need a clear skillset to be successful, all you need is VISION. If you’re determined enough, you will always find a way to involve the creatives with the right skills to help you see your vision come to fruition.
